RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• The NK team will accept, returns or exchange, items that are unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
•  For a full  exchange, item should be mailed within 3-5 days from which you've received your item.[ Items cannot be return or exchange after 5 days prior to you receiving your order.]
• Items should also be in their original packaging. 
• For all cosmetics items WE DO NOT accept return or exchange for these open items.
• Return shipping is buyer responsibility, please purchase a shipping label through your preffered carrieror ship small items using a regular letter mail, kindly know that NK is not responsible for lost or damage returns.
